Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and Rapcio when you use the Rapcio app, app.rapcio.com or rapcio.com. By creating an account you accept them. They are written to be read; if anything is unclear, contact us.

Your account

• One account per person, signed in with your own phone number or email. Keep your sign-in codes to yourself.
• Give your real name and date of birth. A player under 18 needs a parent or guardian to set up and approve their profile.
• Clubs and academies are run by adults, and only people a club invites can act for it.

Verification

Verified details (identity, age, club) are checked from documents, an ID check or a club's confirmation. Sending a false or someone else's document, or claiming a profile that is not yours, ends your verification and can end your account. Verified details are locked; to change one, ask us.

What you post

• Keep it about sport. No abuse, threats, hate, nudity, or anything that puts a child at risk.
• Post only what you have the right to share, and only photos of children their guardian agreed to.
• You keep ownership of what you post. You allow Rapcio to show it in the app and on our sites, and to let others share it, while it stays posted.
• We may remove posts that break these rules, and anyone can report one.

Scouts

Scouts are approved by the Rapcio team before they can search players. A scout contacts a player through their club or guardian, and never asks a player for money.

Tickets

• Tickets are sold by the club or organiser of the game; Rapcio sells them on their behalf. The organiser sets the price and is responsible for the event.
• Each ticket is a QR code that works once at the gate. Do not share it.
• If a game is cancelled, its tickets are refunded to the way you paid. Other refunds are up to the organiser.

Tokens and rewards

Tokens are points for taking part. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and the ways to earn and spend them may change. Rewards are provided by Rapcio or our partners while stocks last; a player under 18 needs a guardian's approval to redeem them.

When we can suspend an account

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other people at risk, or is fake. We will tell you why, and you can ask us to look at it again.

Our responsibility

We work to keep Rapcio running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. Games, trials and events listed on Rapcio are run by their organisers, not by Rapcio. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Ugandan law.

Changes and law

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top and ask you to accept them again in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
